Managing Thesis Tags
Adding Tags to Assets
- Go to the Assets page
- Click "Edit" in the Thesis column for any asset
- Select existing tags or create new ones
- Save your changes
Viewing by Thesis
Use the thesis filter on the Assets page to see all assets matching a specific strategy.
The Thesis Page
The dedicated Thesis page shows:
- All your thesis tags
- Assets assigned to each thesis
- Performance metrics by thesis
- Total allocation per strategy
Best Practices
- Be Specific: Use clear, descriptive thesis names
- Stay Consistent: Reuse tags across similar investments
- Review Regularly: Check if your thesis still holds
- Adjust as Needed: Update or remove tags when strategy changes
- Document Reasoning: Use asset notes to add context
